Much of that work is for the people who feel the gap most — seniors, riders with disabilities, and patients managing long-term conditions who need to reach appointments, treatment, and therapy week after week. What Jonah asks on their behalf is not complicated: be on time, be safe, and treat every passenger with respect. A ride to dialysis is not really a ride. It is the thing that makes the treatment possible.
His background is in business development, transportation, and supply-chain management — which in practice means he knows how to make drivers, vehicles, and schedules line up dependably, and how to be a partner that families, care teams, and referral coordinators can count on. What he wants to build is a company families never have to worry about, and one that helps people keep their independence and stay connected to the care they rely on.
